Vitaliy and his Vital Comfort (VC) team installed a GE heat pump water heater for me recently. It cleared final Sacramento County inspection today. Marvh 17, 2026, and is performing well...much more energy efficient than the old conventional electric one it replaced. VC is a SMUD approved contractor and Vitaliy applied both SMUD and TECH rebates to make this project affordable plus I am experiencing lower SMUD bills....a WIN-WIN!!
