I could not be happier that I chose to work with Vital Comfort for my HVAC replacement. I am a newer homeowner and not too well versed in home repairs but I got Vitaly’s name from a trusted friend so I gave him a call. He responded quickly, inspected my system, presented me with all of my options in a way that was easy to understand and with no pressure, answered all of my questions, and did the work at a more than fair price with no delays. He and his team are meticulously and obviously take great pride in doing their work well, as if it were their own home. Vitali is fantastic. A very knowledgeable young man who is super responsive and honest. He took the time to explain the issue to me, and gave me a tutorial on heat pumps. I will definitely be calling him in the future!
