Needed to replace our AC unit which was 22 and failing. We also wanted to update to an electric heat pump heating and AC system. Our first quote from another company seemed high. We got a second quote from Vital Comfort in part because they are on the list for SMUD rebate program. Vitaliy was easily to work with, straight forward, and completed our project quickly for a third of the price quoted by the other company. He coordinated our rebates so that we paid the “after rebate” price right from the start. We called Vitaly this past Sunday after our AC went out the night prior. He was with his family (did I mention it was Sunday?) but said he'd come help us anyway!
